These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Eduflow AI, including our website, web application, content, tools, and related services (collectively, the “Service”).
By creating an account, accessing, or using Eduflow AI, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you are using Eduflow AI on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you are authorised to accept these Terms on its behalf.
If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use Eduflow AI.
1. About Eduflow AI
Eduflow AI is a course creation and training content generation platform developed by ISF Group in collaboration with Falcon Reality (“we”, “us”, or “our”). The Service helps instructors and training organisations generate course structures, modules, PowerPoint presentations, student handouts, notes, and assessments using AI, based on the information and materials they provide.

2. Eligibility and Account Registration
You must be at least 18 years old, or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction, to use Eduflow AI.
If you create an account on behalf of an institute, company, or other entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms.
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep your account details up to date.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. If you believe your account has been compromised, you must notify us promptly at isfgi@isfgroup.in.
3. Use of the Service
3.1 Permitted Use
Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use Eduflow AI for your internal educational, training, or organisational purposes.
You may use the Service to:
Create and manage courses and training programmes
Generate presentations, handouts, notes, and assessment questions
Upload and process course-related materials that you are authorised to use
3.2 Prohibited Use
You agree not to:
Use Eduflow AI for any unlawful, harmful, fraudulent, or misleading purpose
Upload or submit content that infringes intellectual property, privacy, or other rights of any person or organisation
Upload or share content that is defamatory, obscene, discriminatory, hateful, or otherwise inappropriate
Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Service or related systems
Interfere with or disrupt the integrity, performance, or security of the Service
Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from any part of Eduflow AI, except where permitted by law
Use the Service to develop or train competing products or services in a way that violates applicable law or these Terms
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access if we reasonably believe you are violating these Terms or misusing the Service.
4. User Content and AI-Generated Output
4.1 Your Content
“User Content” means any information, files, documents, text, images, data, or other materials you upload, submit, or input into Eduflow AI, including course names, institute details, schedules, references, PDFs, notes, and other training materials.
You retain any rights you have in your User Content. You are responsible for ensuring that:
You have all necessary rights, permissions, and authorisations to upload and use the User Content in Eduflow AI
Your User Content does not infringe any third-party rights or violate any law, policy, or confidentiality obligation
By using the Service, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide licence to host, process, reproduce, and use your User Content solely as needed to provide and improve the Service, comply with law, and maintain security, as described in our Privacy Policy.
4.2 AI-Generated Output
Eduflow AI may generate course structures, slides, notes, handouts, assessments, or other output (“Output”) based on your User Content and other inputs.
Subject to these Terms and any applicable payment obligations, you may use the Output for your internal training and educational purposes.
Because Output is generated by AI models, we cannot guarantee it will always be accurate, complete, or suitable for your specific needs. You are responsible for carefully reviewing and validating any Output before using it in real-world training, assessments, or compliance-sensitive contexts.
We may use anonymised and aggregated information about how the Service is used to improve our models, features, and performance, as permitted by our Privacy Policy.
5. Intellectual Property
Except for your User Content and subject to any rights you may have in Output, all intellectual property in Eduflow AI, including the platform, software, models, design, logos, and other content, is owned by or licensed to us.
You may not:
Remove, obscure, or alter any proprietary notices
Use our name, logos, or branding in a way that implies endorsement without prior written consent
Copy, modify, or create derivative works of the Service or its components, except as expressly allowed by these Terms
6. Plans, Payments, and Free Trials (if applicable)
This section can be adapted depending on whether you launch with free trials, paid plans, or pilots.
Free Trial or Beta Access: We may offer free trial or beta access to Eduflow AI. Trial or beta features are provided “as is” without warranty and may be modified or discontinued at any time.
Paid Subscriptions: If you subscribe to a paid plan, you agree to pay all applicable fees described at the time of purchase or in your agreement with us. Fees are typically billed in advance and are non-refundable, except where required by law or expressly stated otherwise.
Taxes: You are responsible for any applicable taxes related to your subscription or use of the Service, excluding taxes based on our income.
Changes to Pricing: We may update pricing or plan features from time to time. Where required, we will provide notice before price changes take effect for your existing subscription.
If you are not ready to include pricing language yet, you can keep this section high-level and adjust later.
7. Third-Party Services
Eduflow AI may integrate with or rely on third-party services (such as hosting, analytics, communication, or payment providers). Your use of any third-party services may be subject to their own terms and privacy policies.
We are not responsible for third-party services or content and do not control how they operate. However, we take reasonable steps to work with reputable providers and protect your information, as described in our Privacy Policy.
8. Data Protection and Privacy
Your use of Eduflow AI is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, store, and protect your personal information and uploaded content.
By using the Service, you acknowledge that you have read and understood our Privacy Policy and agree to our data practices as described there.

9. Suspension and Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to Eduflow AI, in whole or in part, if:
You breach these Terms or any applicable law
We are required to do so by law, regulation, or court order
We discontinue or materially modify the Service
You may stop using Eduflow AI at any time and, where relevant, request closure of your account.
Upon termination:
Your right to access and use the Service will cease
We may retain or delete your information in line with our Privacy Policy and data retention practices
Sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination (such as intellectual property, disclaimers, limitations of liability, and governing law) will continue to apply.
10. Disclaimers
Eduflow AI is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we do not make any warranties or representations, express or implied, about:
The completeness, accuracy, reliability, or suitability of the Service or any Output
The Service being uninterrupted, secure, or error-free
The Service meeting your specific requirements or expectations
Any content or Output obtained through Eduflow AI is used at your own discretion and risk, and you are responsible for reviewing and validating it before use in training, assessment, compliance, or operational settings.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
We will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities, arising out of or relating to your use of Eduflow AI.
Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Service or these Terms will not exceed the amount you have paid to us for the Service in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or an equivalent reasonable amount where you are on a free plan.
These limitations apply regardless of the legal theory and even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages, except where prohibited by applicable law.
12. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless ISF Group, Falcon Reality, and their officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or connected with:
Your use of Eduflow AI
Your User Content
Any violation of these Terms or applicable law by you or anyone using your account
13. Changes to the Service and These Terms
We may update, enhance, or modify Eduflow AI from time to time, including adding or removing features.
We may also update these Terms to reflect changes in our Service, legal requirements, or business practices. When we make material changes, we will update the “Last updated” date at the top of this page and may provide additional notice where appropriate.
If you continue using Eduflow AI after revised Terms become effective, you are deemed to have accepted the updated Terms, to the extent permitted by law.
14. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of Eduflow AI will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India, unless otherwise required by mandatory law.
