Types of Information We Collect

We collect information that helps us provide, maintain, and improve Eduflow AI and support your use of our platform.

We may collect personal information you provide directly to us, such as your name, email address, phone number, organisation name, job title, billing details, and account login information. We also collect any information you choose to submit while using Eduflow AI, including course details, instructor names, institute names, schedules, target audience information, uploaded files, documents, notes, images, and other training materials.

We may also automatically collect technical and usage information when you access the platform. This may include your IP address, browser type, device information, operating system, pages visited, session activity, access times, referring URLs, and interactions with features inside Eduflow AI. This information helps us understand how the platform is used and improve performance, usability, and security.

Ways We Use Your Data

We use your information to operate Eduflow AI, deliver requested services, and improve the quality, security, and reliability of the platform.

Your information may be used to create and manage your account, generate courses, presentations, handouts, notes, and assessments, process uploaded training materials, provide customer support, send important service-related communications, and respond to your enquiries. We may also use your information to personalise your experience, maintain system security, prevent misuse, troubleshoot technical issues, and comply with legal obligations.

We may analyse aggregated usage patterns and platform activity to improve our services, develop new features, optimise output quality, and enhance the overall user experience. Where permitted by law, we may also use your contact details to share relevant updates, product announcements, or service information. You may opt out of non-essential communications at any time.

Cookies and Tracking Technologies

We use cookies and similar technologies to keep Eduflow AI secure, functional, and easier to use.

Cookies and similar tracking technologies may be used to remember your preferences, maintain login sessions, understand how users interact with our website and platform, improve functionality, and support analytics. These technologies help us deliver a smoother and more reliable experience.

You can usually control or disable cookies through your browser settings. However, please note that disabling certain cookies may affect the performance or availability of some features of Eduflow AI. By continuing to use our website or platform where cookies are enabled, you consent to the use of such technologies as described in this Privacy Policy.

Third-Party Services

We may use trusted third-party service providers to help us operate, improve, and support Eduflow AI.

These third parties may include cloud hosting providers, analytics providers, communication tools, customer support platforms, payment processors, document processing services, and other vendors that assist in delivering our services. In some cases, these providers may process personal information on our behalf, only to the extent necessary to perform their services.

We require third-party service providers to handle personal information responsibly and to use appropriate confidentiality and security measures. Their handling of data may also be subject to their own privacy policies and legal obligations. We encourage users to review the privacy practices of any third-party services they may interact with through Eduflow AI.

How We Share Information

We only share personal information where necessary to operate Eduflow AI, comply with legal obligations, or protect our rights and users.

We may share your information with trusted service providers, affiliates, advisors, and vendors who assist us in hosting, maintaining, securing, supporting, billing, and improving Eduflow AI. We may also share information where required by law, regulation, legal process, government request, or to protect the safety, rights, property, or security of Eduflow AI, our users, or others.

If Eduflow AI is involved in a merger, acquisition, restructuring, financing, sale of assets, or similar business transaction, your information may be transferred as part of that process, subject to applicable legal and confidentiality obligations. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

Data Retention

We retain personal information only for as long as necessary to provide our services, meet legal obligations, and support legitimate business purposes.

We may retain your account information, uploaded files, generated course materials, communications, and service records for as long as your account remains active or as needed to provide Eduflow AI services. We may also retain certain information for a reasonable period after account closure where required for backup, dispute resolution, legal compliance, fraud prevention, security, enforcement of our agreements, or internal recordkeeping.

When information is no longer required for these purposes, we will delete, anonymise, or securely dispose of it in accordance with our internal retention practices and applicable law. Retention periods may vary depending on the type of information, the nature of the service provided, and legal or operational requirements.

Data Security

We use reasonable technical and organisational safeguards to help protect your personal information and uploaded content.

Eduflow AI implements measures designed to protect information against unauthorised access, loss, misuse, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. These measures may include access controls, authentication procedures, encryption where appropriate, secure hosting environments, monitoring, and internal practices intended to restrict access to authorised personnel and service providers only.

While we take reasonable steps to protect your information, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is completely secure. For this reason, we cannot guarantee absolute security, but we continuously work to maintain and improve the protection of data processed through Eduflow AI.

Your Rights and Choices

Depending on your location and applicable law, you may have certain rights regarding your personal information.

These rights may include the ability to request access to the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct inaccurate or incomplete information, request deletion of your information, object to or restrict certain processing, withdraw consent where processing is based on consent, and request a copy of your information in a portable format where applicable. You may also opt out of non-essential promotional communications at any time by following the unsubscribe instructions in those communications or by contacting us directly.

We may need to verify your identity before responding to certain requests, and some rights may be limited where we have lawful grounds to retain or continue processing information. To submit a privacy-related request, please contact us at isfgi@isfgroup.in.

AI Processing and Uploaded Content

Eduflow AI uses artificial intelligence to process the information and materials you provide in order to generate course-related outputs.

When you use Eduflow AI, the platform may process prompts, course details, uploaded PDFs, notes, images, schedules, instructor details, institute information, and other materials you submit in order to generate course modules, presentation slides, handouts, notes, assessments, and related outputs. You are responsible for ensuring that you have the necessary rights, permissions, and authority to upload and use any content submitted to the platform.

Because AI-generated systems rely on the information provided to them, users should avoid uploading unnecessary sensitive personal information unless clearly required and legally permitted. Eduflow AI may use submitted content only as necessary to provide the requested service, maintain system performance, improve reliability, investigate misuse, and comply with applicable legal obligations.

International Data Transfers

Your information may be processed in locations outside your city, state, or country, depending on where our systems and service providers operate.

Eduflow AI may store or process information using infrastructure and service providers located in different jurisdictions. As a result, your personal information may be transferred to and processed in countries where privacy and data protection laws may differ from those in your own jurisdiction.

Where such transfers occur, we take reasonable steps to ensure that appropriate safeguards are in place and that information is handled in a manner consistent with this Privacy Policy and applicable legal requirements. These safeguards may include contractual protections, internal controls, and working only with service providers that commit to appropriate privacy and security standards.

Children’s Privacy

Eduflow AI is intended for professional, educational, and organisational use and is not directed to children.

We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children without appropriate legal basis, authorisation, or supervision where required by law. If you believe that a child has provided personal information to Eduflow AI in a manner that is not permitted, please contact us so that we can review the matter and take appropriate action.

If we become aware that personal information has been collected from a child in violation of applicable law, we may take steps to delete that information or restrict access to it, subject to legal obligations and technical limitations.

Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our services, legal requirements, or data practices.

When we make changes, we will revise the “Last Updated” date at the top of the Privacy Policy and, where appropriate, provide additional notice through the website, platform, or other reasonable communication methods. Your continued use of Eduflow AI after an updated Privacy Policy becomes effective will be treated as acknowledgement of the revised policy, to the extent permitted by law.

We encourage you to review this Privacy Policy periodically so that you remain informed about how we collect, use, protect, and manage your information.

Contact Us with Your Questions or Concerns

We are committed to transparency and to addressing your privacy-related questions, requests, or concerns in a timely manner.
